Safeguarding – Band Policies, Guidelines and Procedures
The band recognises the importance of safeguarding all members, both adults and young people. If any safeguarding issues arise members are aware of the proceedures to be followed including whom to contact.
The band has policies concerning the following: Safeguarding, Child Protection, Data Protection, Risk Assessment, Guidelines on the Use of Social Media, Anti Bullying, Recruitment, Code of Conduct and a Welcome Pack.
All Documents are to be reviewed prior to each AGM and are made available to members on request
All members are required to sign the Code of Conduct.
